General conditions of sale for training

Section 1: General

All registration is effective upon receipt of the registration form duly completed and signed by the participant as well as the total amount excluding VAT of the deposit.

Any registration form sent without payment or any payment sent without a registration form will not be accepted.

Article 2: Price and terms of payment

​

The price of the course is to be paid at the time of the course. Payment can be made by checks, transfers, cash.

Article 3: Reservation of the course

Reservations are taken into account upon receipt of complete registration as described in article 1.

In return, the trainee is sent a letter or email confirming his participation in the course.

If the maximum number of participants has already been reached upon receipt of the participant's registration, their participation is postponed to another course date.

Or his registration is canceled and his deposit payment is returned to him in full. (see the cancellation conditions, article 5.)

Article 4: Conditions of modification of the trainee

Any choice of dates can be modified up to 15 days before the date of the course. Beyond that, this date can no longer be modified and the cancellation conditions apply.

Article 5: Internship cancellation conditions

• Internship fill rate:

  Internship dates may be subject to cancellation depending on the effective filling of the internship. The trainee's participation is postponed to one of the other training dates. Or his registration is canceled and his payment is returned to him in full. No compensation can be demanded by the trainee for any incurred costs.

   

• Physical or material impossibility of the teacher

• Cancellation by the trainee

  Any cancellation of the internship by the intern must be received no later than 7 days before the date of the internship. The deposits are returned to him in full. After this period, the deposits will be kept as compensation.

   

• Absence of the trainee

  Any absence from the course, on the day and at the scheduled time, will cause the course to be considered completed. Payment for the course may be required.
