SHODEN Reiki

The first degree of initiation to the Reiki system , allows to open the channel and to tame the energy , to channel it consciously.

You will learn to receive it and transmit it.

This first degree teaches the philosophy of Reiki and its practice as an art of living and being.

It allows to integrate Reiki as a way of personal and spiritual development for oneself above all.

It is through the exploration of the five ideals, the philosophical foundation of Reiki , that the learner undertakes the in-depth inner work that will allow him to acquire the right posture for the practice. This degree is a true path of purification, which sometimes leads to a change in the foundations of being.

In summary

The first degree is the basis of the foundations

During the training day, I teach you:

​

  • the history of Reiki Usui

  • Grounding and connecting to the universal source.

  • self-treatments

  • caring for others

  • the different Reiki techniques (objects, plants, etc.)

  • the chakras  

  • Several exercises will be proposed to you to familiarize yourself with Reiki

  • moments of sharing

​

During this day, you will receive 4 transmissions and you will be able to practice Reiki on yourself and on others.

​

I offer one-day training in small groups of up to 3 people or individually.

​

A Certificate validating the course and a teaching manual will be given to you at the end of the course.

​
